Debit Card Fraud Prevention Program
To protect your account, our cards have a fraud detection system called EnFact. EnFact stands for Electronic Neural Fraud Analysis and Card Tracking. Types of transactions that may generate a fraud alert may be a sudden string of large purchases, foreign transactions, or any types of transactions which are not ones that a cardholder normally completes.
You may receive a text from us:
If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you may receive a text message from us with information about the suspect transaction and ask you to reply to the text message with answers such as: yes, no, help or stop. These text messages will come from the number 37-268 Pennsville National Bk and will never include a link in the text to click on! The text will always be from this 5-digit number and not a 10-digit number. If you confirm you did the transaction, the system will close out the fraud alert. If you respond that you did not do the transaction, you will be prompted to contact the listed call center by phone and a restriction will be placed on your card.
You may receive a call from us:
If a text message was generated and no response was received, the system will then generate a phone call to you after 15 minutes. The automated call center will request you to verify your identity by entering your 5-digit zip code, and no personal information will be asked. The details of the transaction will be provided and you will be asked to verify a transaction and respond that you either completed the transaction or did not complete the transaction. If you verify you did the transaction, your card will continue to work, if you respond you did not do the transaction, your card will stop working.
How do I sign up to receive Premium Text Notifications?
Debit Card Holders are automatically enrolled in this service, and as long as we have your current cell phone number on file, there is no action you need to take.
Make sure we always have your current contact numbers!!!
